In a bold move to strengthen its position in the gaming and entertainment sectors, Nazara Technologies, a leading player in the gaming industry, has announced plans to acquire additional stakes in three of its subsidiaries – Nodwin Gaming, Absolute Sports (the parent company of Sportskeeda), and Datawrkz, an adtech firm. Along with these acquisitions, the company also revealed plans to invest in two new ventures: Funky Monkeys, a kids’ play center company, and Learntube.ai, an edtech platform.
