Mumbai-based gaming and esports giant Nazara Technologies has announced a major international acquisition as part of its global expansion strategy. The company’s board has granted in-principle approval to acquire London-based Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd (also known as Curve Games) in an all-cash transaction worth INR 248 crore (approximately £21.7 million).
According to an official exchange filing, the acquisition will be executed through Nazara Technologies UK Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nazara. The proposed deal will involve the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Curve Games from its current parent company, Catalis Limited.
Nazara Technologies’ CEO and Joint Managing Director, Nitish Mittersain, confirmed the development in a statement to Inc42. “The agreement is signed, the board has approved, and the deal will close in 10 working days from now,” Mittersain stated, underlining the company’s commitment to timely execution and strategic expansion.

Curve Games, headquartered in London, is a prominent video game publisher known for working with independent game developers to bring their creations to global audiences.
