With Vrinda driving the design narrative, Vivek focused on operations, delivery, and client management. In April 2023, the siblings formalised their collaboration under the Cubit Collective brand—a name that now represents over 25 years of combined industry expertise.

While not every project can physically incorporate greenery or open-air features, the underlying goal remains to create interiors that feel natural, restorative, and harmonious.

They launched internal design challenges, set up a rotating “Inspiration Wall,” attended exhibitions, and invited guest speakers to broaden the team’s perspective. Vrinda cites entrepreneur Sarah Sham as a professional role model, admiring her ability to scale a design business while maintaining humility and authenticity.
