Joining the organization in 1999 under the guidance of his father, Dr. R. N. Under his leadership, Ramacivil has successfully executed prestigious national and international projects, many inaugurated by the Prime Minister, President of India, and other eminent dignitaries, reinforcing its reputation as a benchmark in the industry. RICPL has a Turnover (FY 2023-24) of over ₹1,000 crore & order book value of over ₹5,000 crore.
With an academic background in Finance (MBA, Amity University) and a hands-on approach to project management, Parveen blends strategic foresight with operational excellence. He has been at the forefront of delivering complex institutional and healthcare projects in EPC mode, often in highly challenging conditions, setting Ramacivil apart as a reliable partner for mission-critical infrastructure.
