FS Life, the parent company of women-centric fashion brands FableStreet and Pink Fort, has raised INR 50 crore (approximately $5.6 million) in a fresh funding round led by Colossa Ventures and Rahul Garg of IGNITE Growth LLP. Existing investors Fireside Ventures and Mirabilis Investment Trust also participated, reinforcing their continued confidence in the company’s strategic direction and growth potential.
This latest round of funding marks a pivotal moment for FS Life as it nears operational break-even and reports a robust revenue run rate of INR 160 crore. Doubling Retail Presence Across Key Metros
FS Life is set to double its offline retail footprint from five to ten stores in the next six months, targeting high-demand markets in Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi NCR. This expansion aligns with the brand’s vision to create a seamless and personalized shopping experience for modern Indian women.
Looking ahead, FS Life has set its sights on opening over 100 stores across India within the next three years. These brick-and-mortar locations will serve as critical touchpoints to deliver a high-touch, premium retail experience, allowing consumers to engage directly with the brand’s unique fashion ethos.
Riding the Wave of D2C Fashion Evolution
India’s D2C (direct-to-consumer) fashion landscape is evolving rapidly, with a noticeable shift towards omnichannel strategies. Consumers are increasingly blending online research and discovery with offline trial and purchase, creating opportunities for brands like FS Life to differentiate through both convenience and curated in-store experiences.
By strengthening its omnichannel presence, FS Life aims to capture the best of both worlds—leveraging digital channels for reach and data, while using physical stores to build trust, drive conversions, and increase average order value.
Backing Women-Focused Fashion Innovation
Founded with a mission to create functional and stylish clothing tailored to Indian body types, FS Life has carved a niche in the competitive D2C fashion space. Its flagship brand, FableStreet, is known for office-ready and smart-casual apparel, while Pink Fort offers contemporary ethnic wear for the modern Indian woman.
The company’s women-first approach, combined with data-driven design, strong community engagement, and premium positioning, has helped it stand out in a crowded market.
Investors Backing a Scalable Vision
Colossa Ventures and Rahul Garg’s investment signals strong market belief in FS Life’s growth trajectory and omnichannel potential. Existing backers like Fireside Ventures, which has a successful track record in D2C investments, continue to see long-term value in FS Life’s execution and brand equity.
With fresh capital, expanding offline presence, and a clear roadmap to profitability, FS Life is poised to become a leading force in India’s next wave of D2C fashion brands.
