Proxgy Secures $3 Million in Series A Funding to Scale Operations and Expand Globally
Delhi NCR-based deeptech startup Proxgy has successfully raised $3 million (around INR 25.6 crore) in its ongoing Series A funding round. The round saw notable participation from Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane, Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath, actor and film producer Sunil Shetty, industrialist Vinod Duggar, and CMG Group partner Manish Patel.
Proxgy plans to use the newly acquired capital to scale its operations, expand its product portfolio, and solidify its presence in international markets. The startup, founded in 2020 by Pulkit Ahuja, specializes in IoT-based solutions and smart wearables designed to improve workplace safety and efficiency, particularly for blue-collar workers.
With innovative products such as SmartHat, Sleefe, and Lockator, Proxgy aims to bring cutting-edge technology to industries that require enhanced safety and operational efficiency. “This funding will enable us to expand globally and introduce our solutions to industries that need them the most,” said Pulkit Ahuja, cofounder and CEO of Proxgy.
Proxgy’s solutions are particularly timely, as businesses worldwide are increasingly prioritizing workplace safety and efficiency. As the company looks to scale, the infusion of funds from high-profile investors will help accelerate its growth and international outreach, making it one of the promising players in the deeptech and IoT space.
